Healthy Smoothies with Active Sefton

On Tuesday 12th November, Reception were very lucky to have a visitor from the Active Sefton team. We found out all about healthy fruit and vegetables and then we got to make and try a delicious fruit smoothie. Lots of us really enjoyed the smoothie which was made from apple juice and frozen fruits. Some of the children are excited to make their own smoothies at home too. They discussed swapping the frozen fruits for their own favourites and even changing the apple juice to orange juice or milk instead. You will have to let us know how your smoothie making goes!
