Forest Club

Year 2 had a fantastic time in Forest School Club this half term. We made bird feeders; planted onions and broad beans; and took part in the Big Garden Birdwatch. We also had an opportunity to dissect owl pellets that Mrs King brought into school. Once we had pulled them apart we discovered skulls, rib cages and other tiny bones of mice that the Tawny Owl had regurgitated. We are planning on creating a display in the classroom, so we can share our findings with other children in the year group.
